History

GLJ Contracts Ltd was originally established in 1991 as a labour agency, supplying labour to the suspended ceiling and drywall industry. Committed to meeting the demands of its growing client base, the company developed and was soon providing a complete supply and fit service, offering dilapidation and building services and, ultimately, a full turn-key provision. Over recent years, the company diversified into the contracting market, serving a wide range of blue-chip clients nationwide.

At this point, it was decided that the ‘Interiors’ part of the name no longer accurately reflected the company’s range of activities and a decision was made to re-brand. In December 2012, the company was renamed GLJ Contracts Ltd and today continues to lead the way in commercial and industrial contract services.
